Neuromuscular reeducation

The American Medical Association defines Neuromuscular Reeducation as the use of therapeutic techniques for the purpose of improving impaired movement, balance, coordination, decreased kinesthetic sense, and impaired proprioception.

Myofascial release

Myofascial Release (or MFR) is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This alternative medicine therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.

massage treatment

Massage Treatment involves working and acting on the body with pressure – structured, unstructured, stationary or moving – tension, motion, or vibration, done manually or with mechanical aids.

Cold & heat pack therapy

Cold and heat pack therapy is especially useful for sprains, strains, pulled muscles and pulled ligaments.
It is most commonly used for rehabilitation purposes. The therapeutic effects of heat include increasing the extensibility of collagen tissues, decreasing joint stiffness as well as reducing pain and relieving muscle spasms.  This therapy can reduce inflammation, edema, and aids in the post acute phase of healing and increasing blood flow.
