Our People are Screened

We perform in-depth screening of each of our caregivers including:
Social Security trace, Michigan State Police criminal search, US Federal criminal litigation search, Michigan driving records search, County litigation search, Michigan sexual offender search
Verification of all licenses and certificates to determine that they are valid and are in good standing.
References are verified for the last 2 years of employment
Have a minimum of one year current experience

For your Safety and Comfort

For your safety and comfort all of our caregivers are monitored in the following manner:
Periodic drug testing.
Periodic health and communicable disease screening.
Daily check-ins to ensure quality care is being given.
